I began my career as a powerlifter in initial days I use to love lifting heavy weights and that actually made me popular among the people in my small gym where I use to workout. I liked the attention I was getting but lifting heavy weight mindlessly became a part of my day-to-day routine soon I realized I’m heading nowhere and had to face joint pain issues as well.
